Initiate Your Request
Log into your Bata account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization number.
Pack the Items
Place the unworn products in their original shoe box and secure them inside a shipping parcel to ensure they remain in pristine condition during transit.
Ship to Bata
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will process your full refund or dispatch your replacement exchange within 5-7 business days.
